Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

Welcome to E-Waste Wizard ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our digital portals, scheduling residential collections, establishing commercial ITAD accounts, or processing material packages through our mail-in infrastructure, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services & Regional Logistics

E-Waste Wizard provides certified electronic waste recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and data destruction coordination. Our physical transportation, fleet dispatch, and on-site asset processing tracks operate primarily within designated service zones throughout Northwest Ohio, Northeast Indiana, and Southern Michigan.

2. Customer Representations & Asset Ownership

By submitting electronics to our team via on-site pickup or our mail-in pipeline, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the equipment or possess express, documented authorization to transfer ownership of the property.

• No equipment submitted contains hazardous materials outside the standard composition of commercial or consumer electronic circuitry.

3. Data Destruction & Liability Release

While E-Waste Wizard enforces strict, industrial-grade data sanitization and physical destruction guardrails to destroy data drives completely, the customer acknowledges that the ultimate responsibility for backing up critical information rests with them prior to asset transfer. Once items enter our processing pipeline, data recovery is impossible, and E-Waste Wizard is not liable for any loss of proprietary data.

4. Mail-In Intakes

All mail-in service packages must follow our authorized packing, safety, and shipping guidelines. Items must be safely routed directly to our designated logistics drop box: PO Box 110, Bryan, Ohio 43506. E-Waste Wizard is not responsible for transit damage or packages lost prior to formal receipt at our Bryan terminal tracking hub.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse processing or reject transport requests for materials that pose safety hazards to our logistics personnel, exceed realistic electronic processing parameters, or violate regional environmental recycling regulations.
