Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

At E-Waste Wizard ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our residential clients and commercial ITAD partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you interact with our collection networks, drop-off systems, and mail-in service pipelines.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect info that you intentionally provide to us to coordinate electronics recycling and secure data destruction logistics:

Contact Data: Name, business name, phone number, email address, and physical pickup coordinates.

Logistics Specifications: Inventory details, equipment counts, and specialized requests for data sanitization or hard drive shredding.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to execute operational tasks safely:

• Scheduling, routing, and dispatching logistics vehicles across Northwest Ohio, Northeast Indiana, and Southern Michigan.

• Processing secure mail-in intake requests routed through our Bryan, Ohio receiving framework.

• Issuing formal, legally binding Certificates of Destruction and environmental impact metrics.

3. Absolute Data Destruction Guardrail

We do not harvest, read, save, or mine information contained within hard drives, solid-state drives, cellular devices, or enterprise server nodes entrusted to our team. All electronic media components undergo rigorous industrial-grade physical destruction or overwrite sanitization immediately upon terminal processing.

4. Third-Party Sharing Restrictions

We enforce a strict zero-monetization data framework. We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal information or corporate logistics records to third-party data brokers or marketing lists. Information is only shared with background infrastructure applications (such as our automated Zapier routing pipelines or secure database managers) solely to execute your requested service loops.

5. Your Rights and Access

You can contact our logistical coordination team at any time to verify, update, or request the erasure of your personal client contact records from our operational dispatch logs.
